Brennan and Fiona- A Year of Film
There’s something magical about shooting film. My parents gave me my first camera, a Nikon FM10, for Christmas when I was a young teen, and I was hooked immediately. Digital came along and like most people, I’ve been swept up in the shiniest, fanciest, and newest technology.
I picked up an old analog camera again a few years ago, and after attending an amazing workshop with Jonathon Canlas in Moab, UT this spring, I decided to commit to a year of documenting my own two kids purely on film. I wrote previously about my desire to slow down and shoot with intent for both my personal and client work. Film is a great reminder to do both of those things.
